Our Target is to resolve 100% customer queries and problems, however there are situations where the issues are beyond a technician’s scope.To handle such situations and count high on customer satisfaction, We offers a hassle-free Refund Policy.A 100% refund for subscription will be given if the issue reported by you is not resolved within 15 business days.If the Issue is out of scope of the particular plan.The same issue has popped again within 7days of resolving it.In case resolves one or more issues, the charges for the Subscription Service will be non-refundable.Not with standing, may at its sole discretion and on a case to case basis, agree to a refund of Subscription charges after deducting fees for servicing and software installation. If the customer is not satisfied with the services and VS is not been able to resolve even 1 issue since the subscription activation day, a full refund will be provided excluding the software installation and the registration charges. In an event where the customer wants to end the contract without any specific reason a minimum of ($69 or 50% of the total charged amount, whichever is higher) x number of cases resolved by us, and refund the balance amount. Venussupport Corporation will refund 100% of the amount you paid if our technicians fail to resolve the primary issue in your PC within 15 days of the subscription commencement. You need to apply for this refund by writing an e-mail to us at support{at} stating your name, details of the plan purchased, and the reason for seeking the refund. We will revert back to you within 3 to 5 business days on details of the refund. You are free to cancel your subscription anytime during the period you’ve opted by writing a mail to us at support{at} if you do not receive the confirmation e-mail from within 3-5 working days, you can call at our customer care number and apply for cancellation. If our technicians were able to resolve a few or all problems you encountered during the subscription period yet you are not satisfied with the way the services were delivered, you can cancel the service you’ve availed with us. Under such circumstances, refund will be made for the days left till the plan gets expired on pro-rata basis.
